Turbo Recordings presents a special ten - year anniversary reissue of Azari & III's self - titled debut album from 2011. This Toronto acid/electro/dance band created a unique sound with moody electronica, dark yet catchy vocal choruses, and thick analog rhythms. Their music got Juno and Polaris Prize nominations, making them a top act in Canadian dance music of the last decade. Even though the four - piece band (producer/musicians Dinamo Azari and Alixander III, vocalists Fritz Helder and Starving YetFull) has disbanded, their legacy endures. This edition comes on clear double vinyl, housed in a gatefold sleeve. It's the first vinyl release since 2011, under the Turbo label in 2021.
