Ashley Beedle's Modern Artifacts label always breaks the mold of playable tracks. It has presented us with DJ versions of Kate Bush and Phil Collins, and now it offers a rework of The Black Crowes' 'I Ain't Hiding', which nods to the Rolling Stones' disco era. This rework is a hit in Beedle's sets and at Horse Meat Disco. The b - side features an edit of the Rare Earth cover of 'Smiling Faces' originally by The Temptations, continuing the whiteboy rock theme. Music label: Modern Artifacts.
