Description

This is the debut EP from San Antonio's Butthole Surfers. 'Brown Reason To Live' (also known as 'Pee Pee the Sailor' & 'Butthole Surfers') was recorded between 1982 and 1983 and was one of Kurt Cobain's top fifty all - time albums. It mocks the then - emerging hardcore scene, likely parodying Black Flag and Henry Rollins. Some songs show the band's future psychedelic direction. It includes tracks like 'The Shah Sleeps in Lee Harvey's Grave', 'Suicide', 'Hey', and 'Bar - B - Q Pope', with a total of seven songs. Released by Alternative Tentacles on limited - edition clear vinyl, limited to just 500 copies. Music label: Alternative Tentacles 1983 / 2015. Reviewed by Brown Note in 02/2017.

This is a vinyl record of the Butthole Surfers' debut EP. To use it, simply place the vinyl on a turntable and gently drop the needle onto the starting groove of the record. Make sure your turntable is clean and in good working condition for the best sound quality. When handling the vinyl, always hold it by the edges to avoid leaving fingerprints or scratches on the playing surface. After each use, put the record back in its sleeve to protect it from dust and scratches. Keep the vinyl in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to maintain its quality over time. Since it's a limited - edition item with only 500 copies, handle it with extra care to preserve its collectible value.
